1) Shirshasana (Head Stand)

How to do it?

Sit-in Vajrasana Pose. Interlock your fingers and place it in front of the knees on the floor. Place the head of the crown in between the interlocked fingers. Slowly raise the trunk perpendicular to the floor and ultimately the complete body to a vertical position. Stay there for 30 seconds. Then, come back to the starting position, following the steps in reverse order.


This hair growth pose allows the lower body blood to flow entirely to the head region which nourishes the scalp to a great extent.

2) Adho mukha svanasana (Downward Dog Position)

How to do it?

Start with the table top position with hands and legs as the legs of the table. Let the hands be shoulder-width apart and legs be hip-width apart. Now, let your elbows and knees be straight.

Push the abdominal muscles inward and move your hips upward. It comes out to be like inverted ‘V’ shape. See between the hands to lengthen your spine which will send the blood to the head region and in your arms.

Note: Firmly press the arms on to the ground.
